LISTEN NOW ★ "Stay Frozen" — out now on Spotify ❄
~ an internal investigation ~

THE SLOP

In early 2026, the Slushy Bros were accused of creating "AI slop." We have reviewed the allegations. This is our official response.

Exhibit 0 — they called it AI slop. They still watched the whole thing.
01 ~ the allegations ~

The Slop Allegations

In early 2026, three men in slushy costumes began releasing content at a pace described by observers as "relentless" and "unasked for." Within weeks, the term "AI slop" was attached to the movement.

Critics described the work as:

  • "confusing"
  • "unnecessary"
  • "and, troublingly, "surprisingly catchy""

We have reviewed these claims internally. We do not dispute them. We would like to add: the song is on Spotify now.

    genuinely unclear to the asker

The slop is working as intended.

    a threat we have framed
    official response:

Many have tried. The roller stays on.

if you have left one of these comments: thank you. it counted. you are part of the record now.

~ it wasn't a choice ~

The slop life chose us.

We didn't set out to make slop. We set out to make a song in a backyard. The slop found us. It's on the shirts now. It's on the hats. It's in the comments. You can't fight it. We tried. The roller stayed on.

05 ~ if you made it this far ~

The Frozen Few

If you scrolled all the way down here — past the allegations, past the dictionary, past the comments — you're probably one of us. We don't know how many of us there are. We know it's more than expected.

  • We watched the whole thing. We're not proud. We're not sorry.
  • We know the dance. Or we're learning it. Tonight. In one night.
  • We say "stay frozen" unironically now. It happened gradually, then all at once.
  • We are in on it. That is the entire qualification.

A Timeline of Incidents

  1. Late 2025

    The Costume Incident

Three slushy costumes are purchased from a Halloween-store closeout bin. They are put on "as a bit." They are not taken off. No further explanation is on record.

  2. Early 2026

    The Slop Allegations

The internet collectively decides the movement is "AI slop." The Slushy Bros are unavailable for comment, having posted four more videos that afternoon.

  3. Also Early 2026

    The Apple Balls Incident

Details remain classified. We can confirm it involved Philadelphia, a debate about whether it's "wooder ice" or "slushies," and at least one occupational hazard sustained while wearing a cup.

  4. May 8, 2026

    "Stay Frozen" Releases on Spotify

The Slushy Bros accidentally make a song that, by multiple accounts, "kinda goes hard." This is treated as an escalation.

  5. Ongoing

    The Frozen Few Forms

People who were "just hate-watching" begin learning the dance, buying the merch, and using the word "sloppy" as a compliment. There is no known cure.
